Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Deepleen, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• It includes the original packaging and all accessories
• You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Downloaded or digital products
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items purchased on clearance/sale unless damaged

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue
• We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, contact us with your order number and product details.

6. Return Process

• Email us at purchase@deepleen.com to initiate a return
• Pack the product securely with original packaging
• Ship the item to the return address we provide
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping (unless otherwise agreed)
